Beer Foot Soak
-basin of warm water filled to ankles
-1/2 bottle of beer

Combine ingredients and stir. Let feet soak for 10-15 minutes to soften skin and prevent toe nail fungus

Beer Hair Rinse
-6 tbsp beer (flat)  or non alcoholic
-1 cup tepid water

Leave beer open until flat and room temperature. After shampoo and conditioner pour beer over hair as final rinse to remove product build up.

Beer Deep Treatment for Hair
-10z distilled water
-1 oz beer (flat) or non-alcoholic 
-2 tsp Apple Cider Vinegar
-5-7 drops essential oils of your choice (argan, coconut, olive, etc)

Combine ingredients and pour into spray bottle for ease of application. Spritz hair section by section and rub into hair and scalp after shampooing. Rinse with cold water to seal hair cuticle. May be left on without rinsing overnight to repair heat damage, add shine and give new life to curly or natural texture hair.

Strawberry Beer Scrub
-2-3 strawberries (mashed with a fork)
-a few drops of beer

Add beer to mashed strawberries to create a paste.  Rub onto skin in circular motion for 5 minutes.  Let sit for an additonal 5 minutes then rinse.  Natural exfoliant that brightens and aids in cell regeneration.


Beer Mask
-1/2 tsp beer
-1 egg white
-a few drops of almond or vanilla extract

Whisk ingredients to combine apply to clean damp face. You may feel a tightening effect. Rinse with lukewarm water to tighten pores and kill surface bacteria that helps cause blemishes/breakout.

Brightening Beer Facial
-1/2 cup beer
-1 egg white
-2 tsp fresh lime or lemon juice

Whisk ingredients to combine. Apply to face with foundation or basting brush. Leave on for 10 minutes then rinse to improve elasticity, clear pores, hydrate and reduce dark spots/hyperpigmentation.
